When you submit the contact form we collect: first name, last name, email address, group size, preferred date, package of interest, dietary requirements, and message content. The website uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare an individual offer (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Retention period
Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted. Contractual data is retained per statutory deadlines (tax records — 11 years).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data. Consent for analytics cookies can be withdrawn at any time.
